I came across this article earlier on today and it has been ringing in my ears ever since. I’ve been working with a primary school the past 2 weeks and it’s quite scary how the words in this article ring so true. However, is it right to blame the parents for everything? Really? I’m not sure, but one thing is for sure and that’s the terrible state that the world of primary education is in. It’s definitely not like how I remembered it.
